Our processes and procedures have all been designed in accordance with the eight principles of Business (Quality) Management.

Customer Focus - understanding current and future client needs; meeting requirements; exceed expectations; be proactive in determining future needs.

Leadership - establish unity of purpose and direction; maintain an environment where staff are involved in achieving objectives whereby; drive from the top gains support from below.

Involvement of People - people at all levels are the essence of the VR organisation; their total involvement and commitment enables their abilities to be used in the most effective manner.

Process Approach - the desired result is achieved more effectively when activities and related resources are managed as a process

Systems Approach to Management - identifying, understanding and managing interrelated processes as a system contributes to effectiveness and efficiency in meeting objectives.

Continual Improvement of overall performance of the Business (Quality) Management System should be permanent corporate objective.

Factual Approach to Decision Making - effective decisions are based on the analysis of data and information.

Mutually Beneficial Supplier Relationships - A company and its suppliers are interdependent and this relationship enhances the ability of both to create value for all

 

Social & Ethical

We ensure that the company undertakes its business in a socially, ethically and environmentally responsible manner, which this includes the ethical treatment of employees, customers, associates, contractors, suppliers, stakeholders and the public.

We endeavour to deal with all parties in an open and honest manner and with professional standards of respect and integrity.

 

Environmental

This statement outlines our commitment to strive for the continual improvement of our environmental performance. Compliance with all environmental legislation pertinent to our activities is a minimum requirement and an integral part of management policy. In addition we will:

Raise awareness and encourage environmentally-responsible behaviour in the workplace by effective communication and training employees in environmental matters

Reduce the amount of waste we produce and minimise our environmental impact by following the waste hierarchy of reduce, reuse and recycle

Promote active recycling of generated waste and endeavour to replace the use of non-sustainable natural resources

Identify environmental risks and use all practical measures to reduce those risks.

Have an ongoing commitment to informing and educating legitimate interested parties about our activities

Have an ongoing commitment to develop all personnel

Wherever possible source materials and services locally to minimise transport impacts and support the local economy

Work with suppliers to minimise the impact of their operations on the environment.

Endeavour to minimise wastage of energy from our activities and ensure that all staff are encouraged to consider and reduce energy usage

Use contractors for road transportation who are committed to using only Euro 4 and upwards vehicles across their fleet including rental vehicles
